Fridge worked for a year then just stopped. When unplugged overnight it would work for a month. Spent hours on the phone with insurance trying different things, had it repaired, it worked for 6 months then freezer went out. Meanwhile the inexpensive fridge in the garage has been a rock. The Bosch fridge was spposed to last longer than most its more This was by far the most expensive and the least lasting fridge we've purchased and don't have the time to spend navigating repair hoops and losing food. We're going to buy another less expensive fridge from another manufacturer. (the two repairs would buy a new fridge so we'll buy a new fridge)

The Bosch 800 Series French Door Refrigerator has been a substantial upgrade from my previous fridge. The overall build quality feels excellent, and the design is very sleek and modern. One of my favorite features is the clean handle-less look - it gives the kitchen a much more streamlined appearance without bulky handles sticking out everywhere.
The middle drawer has also been more useful than I expected and works great for keeping fruits and vegetables organized and easy to access. Overall, it feels like a premium appliance that not only looks better but also functions better day to day. Very happy with the purchase.

I love this fridge. It keeps the food cold, and the middle shelf is just perfect. I also love the ice maker. Those in-door ice makers are fraught with peril. This one dumps a nice flat tray of cute little square cubes. I don't know if this is just the installation of the fridge but the door needs a little special attention to make sure it closes all the way. Not a big deal. Highly recommended!

Nice design, and no external handles on this model is 3" less depth is a plus. The interior plastic components are rather thin and flimsy. The main compartment drawer needs both hands to open and close properly (should have been built more sturdy and been soft-close design). Nice ice-making capacity and the wifi connectivity is a nice feature. The finger print shield is not very effective per my wife. This unit purchased from Lowe's is made in China, just FYI, but the 33% discount made the purchase more acceptable.

We really like this fridge. Pretty much everything about it is good except for the deli drawer inside the top compartment. It is made out of thin plastic so two hands are needed to pull it out even when it is almost empty. We are really surprised by poor quality of this drawer as everything else is quite nice. Find it annoying every time we go to open it.

We've had our new fridge about a month and are absolutely thrilled with it, and the assurance the Bosch staying power will be with us for a long time.
Love having one temperature setting for the cafe door plus a secondary setting for the extra drawer(s). We use one extra drawer for veggies and the other for often used items like deli meats and cheeses, and leftovers. Cafe drawers without the handles have helped immensely with access since the right side is against a wall for us. Super easy to place larger dishes in the fridge when we open both doors, since we previously fought with access in a side-by-side on tthevwall side.
Yes, the extra drawer in the cafe door section does require both doors be open to access, but we use it for back up items like extra eggs, butter etc, since all items are visible making at-a-glance inventory really easy.
We were a little worried about the extra freezer access drawers reducing the space, but we find the design has actually reduced the time we spend digging around for items.
The ice bin plus interior water dispenser are a tiny bit less convenient as far as access, but are actually easier for filling larger containers like big water bottles, pitchers, and the doggie water dish.
Thank you Bosch, for creating a true "cadillac quality" fridge.

I have been extremely happy with my Bosch 800 Series Bottom Freezer Refrigerator. I most appreciate how easy it is to keep clean. The interior and exterior wipes down effortlessly, everything is thoughtfully designed and organized.
The food preservation is excellent. Produce stays fresh noticeably longer, Dairy to leftovers maintain its quality far better than expected.

Loving my new 800 series fridge. Replaced an old Kenmore after the ice maker went out yet again.
High quality construction, doesn't stick out as much as my old fridge yet it has more square footage.
The first time I opened this fridge full of food was a major wow moment. I could see everything and didn't have to dig behind anything.
Love the center drawer that keeps fruits and veggies fresh.
I couldn't wait to get rid of my front door water/ice dispenser, which causes the most issues.

I bought this refridgerator to replace a Samsung when the icemaker went out and the Samsung rep said not to replace the icemaker because they had not fixed the problem. So my search began for a non door icemaker. The reviews on this were nothing short of great. I was hesitant because of the price, but bought it anyway, I am super happy with the unit as a whole, and now have more ice than I know what to do with. Great buy and no regrets. This is priced as a high-quality fridge, but the cheap plastic drawer in the fridge sticks, and you have to use two hands on both sides to open it. It's not got a lot of space in the frig part. It came with unwanted ethylene oxide chemicals. Even though they advertise service within 100 miles, and we are under that, they refuse to service us. The frig easily dents. The stainless easily gets finger printed. Such a disappointment.

Fridge is quiet and maakes ice quickly. Our first time to have bottom freezer abd we like it . Seems like a lot more space overall that former side by side. Upper doors dont clse automatically so you have to push shut.
We purchased our new Bosch fridge from Coscto. Delivery and setup smooth. We did notice a dent in the freezer door down by the floor after the guys set it up. We were not sure if they damaged it on set up or if it cam from the factory. Thats the one negative of our experience. Not sure what to do about it

Good: Keeps temperature, keeps vegetbles fresh very well, access to vegetale drawer accessible without opening rest of frig is great, outside easy to clean, alerts via the homeconnect app are great when doors left open, the additive for keeping vegs. fresh is great.
Bad: the utility drawer that we use to store cold cuts, cheese, etc. requires that we open both french doors for access-ugh, the utility drawer takes up a large portion of the fridge but use limited due to difficult acccess, cold water access from inside the fridge is a pain and each use delivers spills so we don't use it, the extra little shelves server no useful purpose for us.

We have been so happy with this Fridge since we purchased last year. All the compartments are super spacious and we love that you can customize the tempature of the fridge, drawer and freezer separately, down to the degree. Pairing it with the app was easy but also really helpful for notifications on when somebody left the door open by accident. It even gave us a notice that the water filter was ready to change, which was really simple to do. Would highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with my Bosch refrigerator! I love the sleek, modern design. It looks beautiful in my kitchen and has a really clean, high-end feel. The exterior finish is superb with fingerprints wiping away easily with the swipe of a cloth - no special cleaners needed! The interior layout is super functional, with plenty of space and smart storage options that make organizing easy. We were concerned at first that the depth was smaller than our old refrigerator but it turns out, the depth helps to keep the inside clean and less cluttered.
My only disappointment is that in a glass full of ice the water dispenser will splatter water but this is easily avoided if you turn the glass a certain way but even if it does splatter, it's water and wipes up easily!
Another big plus is how quiet it is-you barely even notice it's running. Overall, this refrigerator has exceeded my expectations in every way. I would absolutely recommend Bosch to anyone looking for a reliable, stylish, and high-performing appliance!

This refrigerator has deep door storage which allows me to organize my condiments in the doors and leave more shelf space for large items. The bottom drawer in the main fridge allows me to quickly see what's in there--cheeses, deli meat, bacon. The middle drawer crisper for fresh vegetables really extends the life of fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh herbs, I have never been able to keep fresh herbs for more than a day or two before they become wilted or a soggy mess. I have cilantro I bought over a week ago that is still fresh. The freezer drawer helps me keep things organized and the frozen pizza shelf is particularly handy. No more digging to the bottom for a quick pizza.

I am actually saving money because I would throw our veggies and fruit probably 6-7 days earlier vs using the custom tempature bins located in the center.
The ice maker is fantastic and fills up quickly! I will probably upgrade my entire home with Bosch products soon.

The refrigerator works well to keep the fruits/vegetables fresh. It is quiet and temperature control is accurate. I really like the water dispenser. It looks high quality eaccept the bottom drawer in the frigde feels a bit flimsy.

I don't have many positives. First,the fridge shows every fingerprint despite being advertised as the opposite This is even more lame with the slot openings (no handles) as human nature is you close the doors by touching them, not the slots. The slots look cool,but their slanted design makes it hard to clean any stuff that falls to the bottom. Our water and ice maker broke after just over six months of use which was disappointing and while it was covered under our warranty, it took almost two weeks to get the parts and schedule the final repair visit. Lastly, it is strange how the Bosch name is not displayed anywhere on the outside of the fridge. Guess they are not proud of this model?
