I had my old fridge for 12 years and it was starting to show its age. The new fridge is wonderful. The room and the speciality compartments makes me wonder way I questioned the upgrade. One of my favorite functions is the Coolflex compartment that I can use as a much needed wine cooler. This fridge is changed my kitchen and looks amazing. Thanks for a great product.

I really like the flex zone, one complaint would be the manual mentions how to use the control panel is to change temperature on the flex zone, but I couldn't find where it said the panel is on the side of the door. My stuff thawed out as a result, then I saw the keypad. It's pretty helpful it can be cold for meat/ drinks, and warmer for wine. After I get a extra freezer I intend to putting it on meat temp, and it'll be my go to for beverages. The drawers are well designed, I'm really happy with the fridge

My refrigerator hasn't worked correctly in several weeks and it's less than a year old. I've called the service department multiple times (waiting a minimum of 20 minutes each time), had a technician out twice( waited 2 weeks for them to come out and then they made it worse) and now neither the refrigerator or the freezer cool properly. I've lost hundreds of dollars in food The service department has offered me an appointment for 2 weeks out now with no functioning unit. They are a poorly run company that has zero understanding of cutomer service. DON'T BUYT FRIGIDAIRE APPLIANCES

We have only had this refrigerator for a few days now, but I do appreciate that everything is so clear and bright. Lights turn on and there are many features that allow great organization with flip up shelving and telescopic bins. The freezer allows for flat storage of regular sized pizza. Typical side by sides do not. I also like that you can organize and see freezer contents so nothing is a surprise as you dig inside the freezer.

When our 16 year old refrigerator went out, I scrambled to find anything affordable that also had good reviews. The only refrigerator that fit the bill was this one. So far we love it. My favorite part is the convertible area. Unlike other fridges that have that weird, too small convertible drawer, this fridge has a good portion of the lower half of the unit. My youngest child has claimed it for her snacks and drinks, which is fine by us. We didn™™t really need a large freezer, because we have an upright deep freeze next door in the laundry room, but I can see how those that NEED freezer space would find this set up to be lacking. The refrigerator is spacious and easily holds as much as my old one. The little snack space under the produce drawers is convenient for holding flat snacks and those little yokult probiotic drinks. And speaking of the produce drawers, I have noticed a significant improvement in the life of my fresh fruits and veggies in this unit. Cucumbers aren™™t turning to mush in a few short days, grapes are staying firm. All in all we really love our new refrigerator. It™™s stylish, highly functional for our family, and didn™™t break the budget.

Love the optional refrigerator and/or freezer section. No more digging in the freezer to see what is on the bottom. The new refrigerator we just purchased is everything we could want. With four doors one would think it's just like any other side by side but it's entirely different, for one the freezer portion doubles ans a refrigerator but we use it to double our freezer space which eliminates the need for a stand alone freezer. My wife especially likes the separate drawers the freezer provides so keeping meats separate eliminating the need to dog through everything to find what you are looking for. I could go on but let's just say that our new Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator is awesome.

Love how the drawers and shelves roll out so smoothly. This fridge has tons of great organization. Crisper drawers are very good at keeping fruits and vegetables fresh. My favorite is the custom flex drawer that can be freezer or fridge. In my case it™™s set up for beverages. Every bottle and can is organized. The lighting is beautiful. Ice maker is fine. I like the crushed ice. Water tastes great due to filters. The guys who delivered it were professional and fast. It took them no time to set it up and haul away the old - about 20 min. And they arrived earlier than expected but within time frame. Good communication from Costco. Lastly, water dispenser starts working only after fridge is completely cooled and water is cooled. I thought it didn™™t work so called and got a service appointment set up right away. Hung up the phone and tried it again and it worked. So cancelled service. Costco couldn™™t have been more accommodating.

This is my third new refrigerator in 5 years. It's been in service for 10 days. The first was a KitchenAid 4-door unit; multiple failures & gave up for dead at 3-year point. The second was a GE Profile 4-door unit; again multiple failure & gave up for dead at 2-year point. My parents always owned Frigidaire units and had very good luck. I'm hoping for the same.

My favorite part is the bottom left side and how you can make it different temperatures based on your needs that week or even day. I have little ones and so I also like how it does not have handles so they don™™t lean on them like they did with our old refrigerator. And the finger prints just wipe right off with a water wet paper towel. Frigidaire is an excellent, reliable brand. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

We chose this along with the stove & dishwasher because we liked the finish of the stainless steel. It was not so shiny as many appliances are. Really like the way the bottom left can be a freezer or a refrigerator. We use it for drinks because we have a freezer in our basement which I really like. I wish it came with a couple more shelves in doors and a funnel on the ice & water dispenser to keep ice going into smaller mouth cups, very tricky to use. Also, have only used for a couple months and noticed a crack already in the plastic edge around bottom shelf.

Love my 4 door Frigidaire refrigerator! Love the adjustable shelves with the sliding side door shelves. I™™m able to organize and store everything how I like! Also love that I have the option to store drinks at bottom compartment which frees up the top part for actual groceries.

Just got a new Frigidaire. Due to failed kitchen aid. Can't be more satisfied very quite and ice maker is amazing. Homedepot delivery was amazing also.

We bought this refrigerator for our new home. The counter depth is great, doesn't stick out too much. Has a nice design, getting used to not having door handles.The inside shelves need to be rearranged, a little disorganized the way it comes.The section that can be used as either a refrigerator or freezer is 1/2 the freezer space, so using that as a refrigerator/wine cooler takes up a lot of freezer space - will be using it strictly as a freezer. The freezer has a lot of drawers, making it difficult to stack items. Since we just got it, will try to rearrange.
