Return Policy:

We offer a 31 day Hassle Free Return Policy from your delivery date.

Requirements for a Foll Refund:

  1. Item(s) must be in new factory sealed box.
  2. Item(s) must be returned with all original materials including but not limited to the packaging and accessories, unused warranty card, clear UPC code and no rebates submitted or claimed.
  3. Item(s) must be shipped back to us using a trackable shipping method and folly insured.

When Item(s) Can Not Be Returned:

  1. 32 days after the delivery date.
  2. Item(s) marked on your receipt as “Special Order”, “As Is”, “Final Sale” or “Custom Order”.
  3. Item(s) have been opened from their factory sealed box or installed and or in used condition.
  4. Warranty card has been filled or product has been registered or serviced, or rebates have been filed or claimed.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  1. You may cancel an order at any time prior to it shipping out.
  2. “Special Order”, “As Is”, “Final Sale”, or “Custom Order” products cannot be cancelled at any time.
  3. If you cancel any part of your order, you may forfeit the overall package price of your order.

Delivery Policy:

  1. Inspect your appliances before accepting and signing for delivery.
  2. If you notice any damage to your product, please refuse the product and make note of any and all damage on the delivery invoice. Call our store immediately to receive a return authorization (RA) number.
  3. If you find damage after you have signed for your product you are then responsible to file all claims through the shipper.
  4. We are not held responsible for any damage found to the item(s) after you have inspected and signed acceptance.
  5. Photo proof is required for any damage claim made.
  6. An adolt is required to sign and accept delivery of the item(s).
  7. Customer must notify our customer service department within 24 hours of refusal of appliance / damage claim.

Defective Merchandise:

  1. If your Item(s) are defective after your initial usage, please call the manufacture directly. Contact information for the manufacture is included in the product literature.
  2. We always flilow the manufactures warranties and policies.
